"No sanity required" is the slogan for Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters, a non-denominational Christian camp and retreat center located 90 miles west of Asheville, North Carolina.
Snowbird offers adventure/wilderness camping experiences, work camps, and a conference / retreat center. During the summer months, programs are developed and operated for teenagers, young adults, and families, as well as one or more weeks of leadership development, missions, outdoor education & team building.
Amenities include a basketball court, beach, horseback riding arena and stables, paintball course, ropes/challenge course, skateboard park, and tubing/tobogganing run.

Spring and Summer Capacity is 340; Winter Capacity is 175. Lodging styles include cabins, dormitory, platform tents and tent sites. Guests are not allowed to do their own cooking.
