ickled (not that I make a regular habit of tickling my wife). Sometimes it’s almost spooky how much my girls are like my wife, and me. Well, if it’s true that kids are often reflections of their parents, what does that say about us? Does our behavior as Christians reveal who our father is? Does the way we react to certain situations remind people of Christ? Do they look at us and say “sometimes those kids act and look just like their dad”? Here’s the good news, the Holy Spirit is constantly at work in us to do just that; make us look like our heavenly Father. Of course, we need to be willing to let that change happen, and more than that, we have to actually want to look like our dad. I know that’s not always the case with kids, they don’t always want to look or act like their parents, but in this case; why wouldn’t we? After all, the more we look like him, the more we’ll be able to share the good news with them.
